Mannvit celebrates 50th anniversary
Mannvit's roots date back to 1963, meaning we proudly celebrate our 50th anniversary this year in various ways. In October we will celebrate with our clients and employees by throwing a fun filled birthday party.
The history
Mannvit rests on three pillars: engineering firms that merged in 2007 and 2008. This year 50 years have passed since two of them – VGK Engineering and Hönnun Engineering – were established. The third pillar was Rafhönnun, established in 1969. The founders of these three engineering firms were eight in total; four of them are still alive today.

Since 1963, the employees of Mannvit and its predecessor have been leading consultants in the field of energy, industry and infrastructure.
