Hydro 2019

The 26th annual Hydro 2019 conference is taking place in Porto, Portugal on the 14-16th of October. This year Mannvit is presenting at booth #122 Promote Iceland, with a group of Icelandic companies led that have worked together on multiple hydropower projects. 

The group lead by Promote Iceland, which has experience in the entire spectrum of services for the development of hydropower plants is composed of Mannvit, Vatnaskil, Verkís, Efla and Landsvirkjun Power. The aim of the companies is to introduce themselves to developers and operators of hydroelectric power plants. Key services offered by the group are design and engineering, modelling, hydro-logical engineering and operational consulting. Key topics of the Hydro 2019 conference include; planning and finance, innovative approaches to design and construction, safety and disaster risk management, modelling, selection of robust and efficient equipment and environmental and social issues.
