Arctic Circle 2016

The 2016 Arctic Circle Assembly takes place Oct. 7-9th in Harpa, Reykjavik, Iceland. Mannvit is one of the supporting companies of the Arctic Circle as Mannvit has been actively working on projects in the Arctic region. Mannvit’s offices in Greenland, Iceland and Norway have been actively working on projects in the Arctic Region and are well placed to services development and innovation in the region. United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon and Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon will deliver keynote speeches at the 2016 Arctic Circle Assembly.

The fourth annual Arctic Circle Assembly is the largest annual international gathering on the Arctic, attended by more than 2000 participants from 40 countries. It is attended by heads of states and governments, ministers, members of parliaments, officials, experts, scientists, entrepreneurs, business leaders, indigenous representatives, environmentalists, students, activists and others from the growing international community of partners and participants interested in the future of the Arctic. The Assembly is held every October at the Harpa Conference Center and Concert Hall in Reykjavík, Iceland. The website of the conference is www.arcticcircle.org/
