Mannvit Enjoys Presidential Visit

Earlier this month, the employees of Mannvit received a visit from the President of Iceland, Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson.   The President visited the Laugarvegur office in Reykjavik, where he enjoyed lunch with employees as well as a tour of the office.

The President has shown much interest in Mannvit's projects, especially those pertaining to geothermal energy and the export of that knowledge-base to the global community.  During his visit, the President was able to speak with some of the employees and management about the projects the company is working on - projects which are beginning to play an increasing role in strengthening Iceland's economy and role in the world energy market.
