Mannvit and Auro Investment Partners LLC Sign a Cooperation Agreement

September 1, 2010, Runólfur Maack, Deputy CEO, Overseas Operations and Bala Kamallakharan of Auro Investment Partners LLC signed a cooperation agreement in the presence of Ossur Skarphéðinssyni, Iceland's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Mrs. Preneet Kaur, India's Minister of Foreign Affairs. Together the companies will pursue projects related to the development of energy systems and infrastructure in India and Sri Lanka.

Auromatrix and Mannvit and have working in collaboration for over a year with the goal of securing projects in India and Sri Lanka. It is this collaboration that led to the two companies forming the joint venture company, Auro Mannvit and Infrastructure Development Company (AIDC)
